Marriage of two fabulous products, cheese and St-Ambroise beer, combined magnificently to enhance the fruity aromas of the cheese. Rind washed with beer, and pale yellow paste. Soft texture, slightly supple. Nutty aroma and fruity flavor with a note evoking Saint-Ambroise beer.
