This Swiss-style cheese with eyes and painted yellow rind is made by hand with pasteurized milk from the cows of the Grenier family farm in Saint-Gérard-de-Weedon. It tastes of butter and hazelnuts and cuts and slices easily. Its brand name was based on the City of Weedon’s logo.
