Fleurs d’ail is a pasteurized firm cheese seasoned with garlic blossom. Garlic blossom is known for its light and mild taste, which provides the flavour of garlic devoid of foul breath. It is also easier to digest. The garlic blossom we use is provided by Le petit Mas company, located in Coaticook.
