The Blackcurrant Cream Cru du Clocher is a variant of our classic Cru du Clocher. It’s an aged raw milk cheese to which we added L’Échappée Belle, a blackcurrant cream, during the molding. L’Échappée Belle is produced at Duhamel West, in Témiscamingue, by Verger des Tourterelles company
