St-Paulin
Fromagerie Fritz KaiserSt-Paulin is a semi-soft cheese with a smooth surface and orange rind coloured with vegetable food dye. The interior is cream to pale yellow in colour with a supple and elastic texture. To be enjoyed for its milky and yoghurt aroma along with its buttery and slightly tart nutty flavours.
