Half-salt organic cheddar

This half-salt cheddar is made from organic pasteurized milk and contains 50% less sodium than our regular cheddars.

Le St-Grégoire contains only 85 mg of sodium per 30 g portion, unlike regular cheddar, which has an average of 190 to 240 mg. Its delicately tangy flavour is often likened to that of cheese curds.
