Fromagerie Rang 9Made from 100% very high quality milk, this semi-soft cheese has a washed rind, matured for 3 months on pine boards, which gives it a pleasant aroma and a taste that is as refined as it is intense. Its tasting ensures a good length in the mouth and its intense taste will allow you to discover all the flavors of a unique terroir.
In the kitchen, Le Paternel can be used in different ways hot or cold, in a salad or in a hamburger (they do well!)
