A dozen medals including two SUPER GOLD for our Quebec cheeses at the 2023 World Cheese Awards

Organized by the Guild of Fine Food, the World Cheese Awards, now in their 35th year. It is therefore in Norway, host country for this edition, that experts from around the world have pooled their expertise to evaluate and determine the medal-winning cheeses.

And 2023 marked a record year for the competition, with 4,502 participating cheeses, the highest number ever, arriving from all over the world "by ship, truck, train and plane" to be judged by an esteemed panel of cheese experts.

Competition is always tough at the World Cheese Awards, with over 40 participating countries entering their best cheeses.

Our Quebec cheeses once again this year shined among the best in the world with 12 medals including two SUPER GOLD and one GOLD! Here are the cheeses distributed by Fromages CDA that have won medals.
