Grand Trunk

Made from unpasteurized cow’s milk, this farmhouse cheese is inspired by the manufacture of Alpine cheeses in Europe. What appears to be a crumbly cheese is rather creamy and velvety with a slightly salty finish. The rind gives an aromatic note that contrasts with the paste and complements it pleasantly. The flavor of the Grand Trunk is reminiscent of nuts, almonds and salted butter.
