Named after the founder of Hébertville, this cheese is inspired by the one produced by the fathers of Oka: a semi-firm paste surface-ripened for at least 60 days. Its creamy paste melts in the mouth and provides flavors of fresh butter and almonds, with an inevitable finish of «come back for more».
