Farmhouse cheese made from cow’s milk, with a taste of butter and cream, soft paste with small openings distributed throughout the mass. The northern climate (cold night, hot day) has the effect of releasing more sugar in the fillings, thus giving a milk typical of Abitibi and a particular flavor to the cheese.
