Description

Clos St-Ambroise is a blend of two fabulous products, cheese and St-Ambroise beer, a combination that highlights the fruity aromas of the cheese. The rind is washed with St-Ambroise beer, and the interior becomes pale yellow with a soft and slightly supple texture. The nutty aroma and fruity flavour are reminiscent of the St-Ambroise beer.
