Fromagerie Abbaye St-Benoît
Mont St-Benoît is a rindless, firm cheese. It has a supple and elastic texture dotted with large eyes, and a hazelnut aroma with slightly fermented accents, typical of Swiss-type cheeses. The delicate hazelnut and buttery flavour will win you over. It’s an excellent cheese in cooking as it melts and browns at high temperature.
