This cheddar is made from organic unpasteurized partially skimmed milk.

This low-fat cheese still has all the sought-after flavour of L’Ancêtre cheeses.

It is known for its subtle, nutty yet buttery taste and slightly salty tang. The cream-coloured cheese has a semi-soft, elastic texture.
