Cauliflower Casserole with Frère Jacques cheese

Ingredients :

1 cauliflower

1 table spoon of salt

1 table spoon of vinegar

1 1/2 cup of béchamel

1 table spoon of dried parsley

200 g of Frère Jacques cheese

Preparation :

Clean the cauliflower by removing all the leaves, place in a large saucepan and cover with water. Add the salt and vinegar.

Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes or until almost cooked

Drain and place cauliflower in an ovenproof serving dish

Prepare the béchamel and add the parsley, 50 grams of Frère Jacques cheese and cook over medium heat until the sauce is smooth

Pour béchamel over cauliflower and garnish with remaining cheese

Place dish in 350°F oven 

Cook for about 20 minutes
